About the Film
1992, in Waco, Texas, investigators were on a case for the abduction and murder of Melissa Northrup. They discovered a 1985 tan Thunderbird near the crime scene registered to a Kenneth Allen McDuff… a serial killer who was put on death row in the 1960s and released from prison in 1989.
